KHub Technologies Private Limited ("Khub", “StoreZone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a marketplace platform that connects neighbourhood retailers (“Merchants”) with customers (“Customers”). While each Merchant remains the seller of record and determines its own return or cancellation rules, StoreZone facilitates a transparent, uniform refund workflow wherever possible. This page explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund, the manner in which requests are processed, and the applicable timelines.

The following categories are generally ineligible for return or refund, unless prohibited by law:
Perishables: Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery items, meat, and seafood.
Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare: Prescription medicines, nutraceuticals, and medical devices.
Customized or Made-to-Order Items.
Digital Goods & Subscriptions.
Refer to each product listing for category-specific exceptions.
Log in to the StoreZone app or web dashboard.
Navigate to My Orders → Order Details → Request Support/Refund.
Select the relevant item(s), choose a reason, and upload any required evidence (e.g., clear photographs).
Submit the request. You will receive an in-app acknowledgment and e-mail confirmation.
Note: Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery for perishable goods and within 6 hours for non-perishables.
Digital verification: For minor defects or delivery errors, Merchants may approve refunds based on photographic evidence alone.
Reverse pick-up: If physical inspection is required, a courier will schedule collection within a defined timeline. Items must be unused, with original tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice.
Rejection: If the returned item fails inspection (e.g., signs of use, missing parts), the refund claim may be declined and the item returned to you.

In bundled orders containing multiple items, refunds are computed item-wise. Delivery fees are refunded pro-rata if the entire order is cancelled; otherwise, the original delivery fee may stand.

StoreZone’s Grievance Officer will respond within 5 business days and aim to close the matter within 15 business days.
We may modify this Refund Policy to reflect changes in law, platform features, or merchant practices. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of StoreZone after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
