These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and KHub Technologies (“KHub", "StoreZone”, “we”, “our” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the StoreZone websites, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
“Merchant” – A neighbourhood retailer, vendor, or service provider who lists goods / services on the Platform.
“Customer” – Any natural person who browses, orders, or purchases goods / services via the Platform.
“Delivery Partner” – An individual or entity that provides last-mile delivery services arranged through the Platform.
“Content” – All text, images, pricing, product data, videos, reviews, and other information made available on or through the Platform.
“Order” – A request initiated by a Customer for goods / services supplied by a Merchant via the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under applicable law.
If you create an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features you will be required to create an account, provide accurate information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Merchants must ensure that listings, prices, discounts, and inventory data are truthful, current, and non-misleading.
Merchants are fully responsible for product quality, packaging, statutory labelling, and compliance with applicable food-safety, pharmaceutical, or other sector-specific regulations.
Merchants must honour all accepted Orders and service-level commitments (including delivery or pick-up windows).
Merchants agree to pay Platform subscription fees, transaction charges, and any applicable taxes in accordance with their chosen service plan.
Customers shall review product information and confirm all details before placing an Order.
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, contact information, and make payments using authorised methods.
Any cancellation, return, or refund must follow the Merchant-specific policy presented at checkout or in the product listing.
Orders constitute an offer by the Customer to purchase goods / services from the Merchant. StoreZone facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways; StoreZone does not store full card details.
Transaction fees, delivery charges, and applicable taxes are calculated and shown prior to order confirmation.
Delivery options—including store pick-up, merchant-managed delivery, or third-party delivery—are chosen by the Merchant.
Estimated delivery times are indicative. Neither StoreZone nor Delivery Partners are liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, traffic, weather, or force majeure.
Title to and risk in goods transfer from Merchant to Customer at the point specified by local law or Merchant policy (usually on handover).
Policies vary by Merchant and product category. The applicable policy is displayed on the product page or order summary.
StoreZone may facilitate communication and—in certain cases—payment reversals, but final liability lies with the Merchant.
Digital goods and perishable items may be non-returnable except where required by law.
You agree not to:
Violate any law, regulation, intellectual-property right, or third-party agreement.
Post false, defamatory, or obscene Content.
Interfere with Platform security or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or networks.
Use automated scripts to scrape data without prior written consent.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse.
The Platform and all StoreZone-owned Content, trademarks, logos, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from StoreZone IP without express written permission.
Merchants grant StoreZone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute Merchant Content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. StoreZone is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of such external sites or services.
The Platform and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. StoreZone does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreZone, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoreZone and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Platform; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and another User or Merchant.
StoreZone may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable, and your right to use the Platform ceases.
Clauses that by their nature survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) shall continue in effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in relation to these Terms. We encourage amicable resolution; please contact us before resorting to litigation.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and StoreZone regarding the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
